I have a love/hate relationship with leg day! I love the challenge and my legs are strong. But I always know the next day or two days later I am going to be sore!! Which I love but it makes it hard to navigate stairs and go to the bathroom!
This week I am doing more of an endurance workout. 3 sets of 15 reps. This breaks down muscle and helps build some size! I don’t do these reps often and its nice for a change! I use mid range weight.
Warm up for 5-10 minutes either walking or do some dynamic stretches
Bulgarian Squats 3×15
Leg Extension 3×15
Leg Curls 3×15
Weight Hip Bridges using a bosu or stability ball 3×15
Finish up with some stretching and some cardio
