I’ve Made Some Tweaks…….
If you follow my website and my blog you will see I’ve made a few changes!!
They are good changes as they reflect more of my personality, beliefs and values!
A little history here-
As many of you know I am a Christian. I try to live my life in such a way that it reflects this. So with my beliefs, I have wanted to teach Christian Fitness Classes forever. I wanted a place where Christians and non-Christians alike could have a class where Jesus is the center and they could feel comfortable!
I am finally doing that! I LOVE it! It brings me such joy!
As I began my personal training career, I prayed a lot about setting up a website, what to put on it, what my typical client would be and etc.
I, of course have a heart for women of all ages, that struggle to workout, eat healthy and take care of themselves!
Be it the mom who needs that hour, 1-2 times a week for herself, the woman who wants to compete in a fitness competition or the older woman who needs some accountability, I want to help them all!
It just seemed like a very natural thing that my personal training would be Christ-centered as well!
But I really felt God asking me, where am I on your site?
I felt convicted because I do really feel exercising, eating healthy and caring for your body naturally are biblical!
When I read 1 Corinthians 6:19 (NIV) it tells me, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;”.
This is what I base a lot of my fitness and health beliefs on! I’m supposed to take care of this body-it’s God’s house!!
I decided to add a Christian Living section to my site, that will offer biblical insights to health and fitness, Bible verses and some Bible studies that you can participate in!
You may also see some blog posts that do the same!
It makes me so excited that I’ve added God to my website!
It feels complete!
