There are only a little over 30 days until the end of the year and end of a decade! Now is the time to make the best of it! It’s also time to make some solid plans and changes for the coming year!
Every year I try to start new goals or plans before the beginning of The New Year! I think you’re more likely to stick with it if you go￼￼ through the hardest part of the year! Especially if it’s diet and exercise!

Now is the time to set some solid goals and plans for this coming year!
This is the time to start planning your vision board and list of goals as well as the steps you need to take to get there(short term goals).
