A New Year, Some New Fitness Options

I am gearing up for a new year for my personal training business!

I have some new training plans coming out and can’t wait to roll them out!

First Some Observations

After training for about 2 years one thing I have started to see that sometimes you need a set period of time to try personal training to see if it is for you! This is why I like month to month, but I am seeing where it might be a good idea to actually purchase a set number of sessions or months!

The other big thing I see is that people need to make a commitment to themselves and not just be paying for sessions!

This is an investment you are making! An investment of lifelong health and vitality-not just losing weight or toning up!

The last thing I see is my clients that have a specific goal in mind seem to be more successful! And they are usually not weight related! They seem to be the ones with fire in their bellies and they want to achieve those goals!

Some New Offerings-

I have decided to offer for new clients a couple of options-

6 Week Strength Training Special-

1 session a week( 6 total sessions plus 1 introductory/planning session)-$150

Your training is yours to keep.

I can supply a nutrition plan if you want, as well as, holding you accountable!

2 sessions a week ( 12 total sessions plus 1 introductory/planning session)-$300

Bigger Packages-

Buy 15 Personal Training Sessions (at 2 a week) and Get 2 Free-$375

Buy 30 Personal Training Sessions (at 2 a week) and Get 5 Free-$750

By the Month Purchases-

Still the same as usual. $25/session 1, 2 and 3 times a week available!

I Need Some Input-

I am wanting to gauge my reader interest in something new!

I am thinking of purchasing a building to start training out of. It would be located on our property.

There would not be a membership fee, just paying for your personal training sessions.

I would also be looking to possibly offer some small group circuit training eventually.

What I am looking for from you all is,

-“yes” I would be interested in training in my own private studio or

-“no”, I’d prefer to train elsewhere.

I am so excited for this New Year to begin!
